Slovakia – Construction work – Cestný hraničný priechod Vyšné Nemecké, Osobná doprava – rozšírenie pracoviska

The subject of the contract is the expansion of infrastructure and increased capacity on the Slovak side of the border crossing Vyšné Nemecké - Uzhhorod (hereinafter "BC Vyšné Nemecké") on the Slovak-Ukrainian border, namely the reconstruction of the existing personal traffic entry (entry of personal traffic from Ukraine to the SR) and exit (exit of personal traffic from the SR to Ukraine) at BC Vyšné Nemecké. The subject of the reconstruction of the personal traffic facility will involve the expansion of the current facility on the entry side and on the exit side with new traffic lanes and the construction of the relevant canopy space, the expansion of the bus traffic facility by creating an additional terminal for border control of bus passengers, and the creation of a new corridor for pedestrians in both directions with complete infrastructure. A new building for the handling of bus passengers will be built between the area of personal traffic and freight traffic. The reconstruction will also include the addition of variable traffic signs to support traffic management at the border crossing and other features. In connection with the implementation of the EES system, new service booths will be set up that meet the requirements for collecting biometric data.
