The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a road sweeper, the detailed technical parameters of which have been specified in Section III of the SWZ, i.e. OPZ. Requirements regarding the method of implementing the subject of the order: – the vehicle will be accepted in the presence of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority, or authorized Representatives; – the vehicle price should include delivery cost (ex works at the Contracting Authority's address at ul. Św. Brata Alberta 8 in Żary), training, on-the-job instruction and commissioning; – the warranty for the entire vehicle is not less than 24 months, counted from the date of acceptance confirmed by the acceptance protocol; – on the date of vehicle delivery, the Contractor must provide: operating and maintenance instructions in Polish (chassis and body), service book, registration certificate.
