The subject of the contract is the upgrading of metering points on metering-regulatory stations (MRP), metering stations (MP) and metering points (MT) due to data transfer. By renovating metering points and updating metering equipment, the contracting authority reduces the number of faults and necessary interventions in the Telereading and VALBI (validation) systems. At metering points where electronic correctors, which are no longer in production, are installed, the contracting authority gradually installs modern electronic correctors. These correctors enable the transfer of data on exceeded volumes of natural gas, designed on new and verified findings of information technology. The contracting authority wishes to continue updating individual metering points with new, tested devices that can be successfully integrated into the contracting authority's metering system. At the metering point MP BLED, the contracting authority plans to establish a complete Telereading system. The contracting authority also wishes to upgrade metering systems for data transfer from metering points (MT), where the contracting authority is not the owner of the metering station but is the owner of the metering point. The upgrade of MT is necessary due to outdated modular devices that are no longer in production, and to ensure information security. For metering points with updated metering equipment, it will be necessary to adapt computer applications within the Telereading and Valbi systems, and also data transfer from metering stations with telemetry and telereading, if data is transferred to the Telereading (GemaLogic), VALBI and SCADA systems. In addition, the contracting authority will continue with the upgrading of data transfer devices due to the discontinuation of G3 and G2 networks. The contract includes the following components:

• Component 1: Renovation and upgrading of metering points due to data transfer.

• Component 2: Construction of the Telereading system at MP BLED.

• Component 3: Upgrading data transfer at metering points (MT).

• Component 4: Upgrading ComBox data transfer devices.
