Czechia – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Hrušky - Obnova zeleně a veřejných prostranství v obci Hrušky - 1. etapa

The subject of the contract is the complete revitalization of public spaces on the village green and around the church (Locality 1 and Locality 2), which is divided into building structures (SO.01) and landscaping (SO.02). The building part (SO.01) includes the construction and renovation of permeable paved areas made of granite blocks for pedestrian walkways and the installation of concrete permeable paving on the so-called market areas of the village green with a load-bearing capacity for vehicles up to 3.5 t for the purpose of organizing cultural and social events. The landscaping part (SO.02) involves the felling of unsuitable trees and stumps, soil profile adjustments, landform modelling for rainwater retention, planting of mature solitary and avenue trees, hedges, shrubs, perennial and bulb beds, and herbaceous lawns, with the entire area supplemented with new urban furniture (benches, waste bins, bicycle stands, information kiosk) and a decorative water feature. Furthermore, the subject of the contract includes the construction of a new permanent power supply (HDV) for the water pumping technology. The participant is obliged to provide cooperation and coordinate the work procedures with the person carrying out the well cleaning, whose manhole cover is within the subject of the contract: Josef Kotásek, IČO: 24644081, Velkomoravská 243/301, 696 18 Lužice.
