The framework agreements we wish to establish offer guarantees for the Department to secure the quality of deliverables related to railway signalling. The development of IT tools and business data from the SIG allows for specific, adapted and compliant solutions tailored to the needs of the activity, while reducing the risks associated with the implementation of old and new technologies through the capitalisation of knowledge by partners. Finally, the standardisation of deliverables ensures consistency and uniform quality of solutions. These framework agreements must cover the needs for the PULSAR, EPURE, OURANOS, AMS applications and ensure their operational maintenance.
