Halle (Saale) University Hospital aims to ensure adequate equipment of its premises to provide its employees with a needs-based and ergonomic working environment. The room equipment should be carried out with consideration of environmental compatibility, safety, ergonomic and occupational medical requirements as well as the overall appearance of Halle (Saale) University Hospital. The scope of the service corresponds to the purchase of non-medical furniture, which is used both in offices and in doctors', patients' and waiting rooms. In addition, delivery free of charge to the place of use, assembly and installation incl. any necessary planning and consulting services in advance, the provision of spare parts and repair service as well as a bi-annual reporting are part of the contract. For this purpose, a framework agreement with a duration of 4 years per lot is concluded. The award is made via several lots > LOT 1 Office swivel chair > LOT 2 Office chairs (four-legged chair) > LOT 3 Office furniture system (tables, acoustic protection cabinets, containers)
