1. The subject of the contract covers the delivery of a brand-new two-shaft shredder for processing waste to the Regional Waste Treatment Plant (RIPOK) located in Inowrocław at 77 Bagienna Street. 2. Financing conditions of the contract: based on a lease agreement after the contracting authority has conducted a tender procedure, made a selection and signed a contract with the shredder supplier. 3. Basic requirements: a) machine year of manufacture not older than 2026, brand new, mass-produced, b) frame on a tracked chassis, c) frame with a mounted hook for transporting the shredder, d) total unladen weight not less than 15 000 kg, e) 2 sets of shafts: - cutting for large and green waste, - crushing for concrete and rubble waste, f) 2 sets of quick couplings (cassettes) for quick shaft change, g) automatic shaft reverse, h) automatic shaft speed change, i) hydraulically folding conveyor belt for collecting waste. 4. Detailed technical conditions of the shredder are described in the tender form which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
