Romania – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Execuția lucrărilor la obiectivul de investiții „Creșterea eficientei energetice a blocului de locuințe nr 1, nr. 2, nr. 3 din stațiunea Geoagiu Bai, oraș Geoagiu, jud. Hunedoara" - Cod SMIS 325434

In the framework of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a works contract for the "Increase in the energy efficiency of Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Hunedoara county". The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for the "Increase in the energy efficiency of Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 in the Geoagiu Bai resort, Geoagiu town, Hunedoara county". Detailed information regarding the solutions adopted for the works to be carried out is included in the technical documentation and the terms of reference made available by the contracting authority within the open tender, which will be conducted on SEAP. The duration of the works contract will be 12 months, not exceeding the date of 30.09.2027. The intermediate stages to be achieved in the execution of the works are 40% by the date of 31.03.2027 and 70% by the date of 30.06.2027. Within this timeframe, all categories of works will be executed in accordance with the technical project and the quantity lists. The public works procurement contract does not raise any particular aspects during the implementation period. According to the general estimate, an integral part of the PT, the total value of the energy renovation works contract, which is the subject of this procedure, is 3,002,259.90 lei, VAT excluded, of which: Centralising estimate for Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3. Chapter 4: Base investment costs 2,924,641.26 lei, of which: 4.1: Construction and installations 2,787,587.21 lei, VAT excluded 4.2: Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 11,054.05 lei, VAT excluded 4.3: Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly 56,000.00 lei, VAT excluded 4.4: Machinery, technological and functional equipment not requiring assembly and transport equipment 70,000.00 lei, VAT excluded. Chapter 5: Other costs 5.1: Site organisation 77,618.64 lei, VAT excluded. From the total value, the following amounts will be covered by the financing contract: Chapter 4: Base investment costs 2,912,433.00 lei, of which: 4.1: Construction and installations 2,775,378.95 lei, VAT excluded 4.2: Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment 11,054.05 lei, VAT excluded 4.3: Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly 56,000.00 lei, VAT excluded 4.4: Machinery, technological and functional equipment not requiring assembly and transport equipment 70,000.00 lei, VAT excluded. Chapter 5: Other costs 5.1: Site organisation 77,618.64 lei, VAT excluded. From the local budget, the following co-financing will be ensured: Chapter 4: Base investment costs 12,208.26 lei, of which: 4.1: Construction and installations 12,208.26 lei, VAT excluded. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests submitted 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. For clarification requests received after the above deadline, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
