France – Taxiway construction work – Marché cadre national pour la réalisation de pistes et plateformes provisoires

This consultation concerns the creation of temporary tracks and platforms (minimum width in accordance with the road gauge) to access HTB facilities in operation (pylons for very high voltage overhead lines) for work by RTE maintenance teams. The services, which are the subject of the present framework agreement, apply to the following works: - the creation or reprofiling of tracks and platforms in civil engineering; - the laying of removable plates to create tracks and platforms; - site protection; - site installation. - ancillary services to these works. The framework agreement is divided into two technical lots: - Lot 1: Laying and removal of tracks and platforms in civil engineering; - Lot 2: Laying and removal of plates. Each lot is subdivided into geographical sub-lots: - Sub-lot 1: Toulouse - Sub-lot 2: Marseille - Sub-lot 3: Lille - Sub-lot 4: Paris - Sub-lot 5: Nancy - Sub-lot 6: Lyon - Sub-lot 7: Nantes. Candidates may respond to all lots, one lot, one sub-lot. They may be awarded a maximum of 3 sub-lots within a lot. In the event that a sub-lot is at risk of being unprofitable due to this limitation, RTE reserves the right to award it based on the ranking of tenderers and their ability to absorb the additional workload. The number of candidates admitted to submit an offer varies depending on the sub-lot (3 to 7 candidates maximum). The desired number of awardees varies depending on the sub-lot (1 to 3 awardees).
