The subject of the contract is the supply of sets for extra-pleural anaesthesia and NRFit neural accessories in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contracting authority has not divided the contract into lots because such a division in this procedure is not purposeful and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs in the execution of the contract. Additionally, Article 91 of the PZP Act does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into lots, but rather grants the contracting authority the right to divide the contract, and therefore it is not possible to formulate a complaint of illegality of such action due to the lack of a provision imposing an obligation to divide.
