Supply of medical equipment – Morgue unit with double front door - 3 units for the project „Rehabilitation, modernization and extension of Tulcea County Emergency Hospital”, in accordance with the terms of reference. 1. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, to the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the timeframe provided for in the invitation to participate, the contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information, on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
