This tender concerns the subscription of an Automobile Fleet Insurance Contract on behalf of the G.I.E. LOGIREP-LOGISTIC, acting both on its own behalf and on behalf of the other entities, created or to be created, of the POLYLOGIS Group, namely LOGIREP, TROIS MOULINS HABITAT, SCALIS, LOGIOUEST, LOGIRYS, LOGIH, LOGIH Normandie, CITAME, as well as the partner ESH LA THOISSEYENNE. It covers homogeneous risks, the subscription of which is usually carried out within a contract or a set of contracts. This tender is organised as an OPEN TENDER issued in accordance with Articles L 2124-2 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The tender is reserved for organisations underwriting and provisioning the risks that are the subject of the contract to which they are applying and for which they have an approval from the national supervisory authority to which they are subject. Insurance intermediaries authorised to present insurance operations may also apply in addition to these organisations.
