Luxembourg – Analysis services – Prestations indépendantes d'audits, de contrôles, d'expertises et d'assistance technique en matière de restauration collective pour le compte de Restopolis

This public contract concerns the provision of independent services of audits, checks, expert assessments, sampling, laboratory analyses and technical assistance related to the collective catering activities operated on behalf of Restopolis. The services include, in particular: • scheduled audits; • unscheduled audits; • targeted checks; • priority checks; • organoleptic checks (sensory evaluation of the taste, visual and textural quality of meals); • staff presence checks; • sampling and analyses; • product conformity and labelling checks (traceability and verification of composition against declarations made by food suppliers on the Supply4Future platform); • technical expert assessments; • technical assistance missions; • any other mission falling within the scope of this contract. The services are performed exclusively in the interest of Restopolis in accordance with the provisions of this tender dossier.
