The order shall be executed in accordance with the Subject of the Order, Detailed Technical Specifications, contract template and SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall provide and hand over to the person responsible for Supervision (on the part of the Purchaser) for all items together with the delivery: a) product warranty, b) technical approval or national technical assessment, issued by an authorized unit together with a declaration of usability. The transfer of the above documents to the person responsible for the implementation of the order on the part of the Purchaser will be the basis for accepting the invoice issued by the Contractor. 4. Before starting the works, the Contractor shall present for acceptance to the person responsible for Supervision the elements intended for installation. 5. The Purchaser shall accept the completed deliveries together with the installation within 14 days from the date of notification by the Contractor of the completion of the order. 6. The mutually signed acceptance protocol will be the basis for issuing an invoice by the Contractor. 7. The Contractor will maintain the road lane in order on an ongoing basis. 8. The Contractor will ensure the marking of the works during their execution at their own expense. 9. The Contractor will provide all the necessary materials, transport means and persons necessary for the implementation of the order. 10. The Purchaser reserves the right, without the need to change the contract, to which the Contractor agrees, to change or reduce the quantity of individual assortments of materials in relation to those indicated in the price form. The Contractor will receive remuneration for the actual quantities of services performed. 11. Settlement will be made on the basis of unit prices (indicated in the cost estimates A1, A2, A3 constituting an annex to the tender offer) for individual quantities. The unit price should include preparatory work, marking of works, installation, setting and assembly, transport, loading and unloading as well as cleaning work. 12. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe conditions of road and pedestrian traffic in the area of the services covered by the contract, on the basis of the one provided by the Purchaser, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the temporary traffic organization project (for the duration of the services) and approved by the Road Manager of the Voivodeship Roads. 13. The Contractor will ensure the marking of the works during their execution at their own expense. 14. Delay in handing over the road lane, due to reasons on the part of the Contractor, cannot be the basis for changing the order execution deadline. 15. In accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the PZP Act, the order has been divided into three Tasks. The Purchaser allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual tasks while maintaining the full scope of services. The Contractor may submit an offer for the performance of one or more tasks specified in point IV point 1 SWZ. 1. The Contractor is bound by the offer until 08.12.2026. 18. There is a possibility of invalidating the procedure as a result of not granting funds for the financing of the order. In accordance with art. 257 of the PZP Act, the Purchaser may invalidate the procedure for awarding the order, if the Public Funds, which the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order, have not been granted to him, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the order announcement.
