France – Repair and maintenance services of metal containers – Maintenance curative des conteneurs enterrés, semi-enterrés et aériens

This public contract, consisting of a single lot, takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms. The description of the services is detailed in the special technical clauses document (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule to the quantities actually carried out. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period which takes effect from its notification date until 10 June 2027 inclusive. The framework agreement is renewed tacitly until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum order amount set for each period at 500 000 euro excl VAT. As an indication, the estimated amount of the services is 350 000 euro excl VAT per annum.
