The contract concerns the professional assignment for the provision of engineering and architectural services relating to the drafting of the technical-economic feasibility project (PFTE) and the executive project, including the related specialist activities, as well as the support activities for expropriation and land acquisition procedures, including the drafting of the parcel map, the estimation of compensation and assistance with the procedural process for the implementation of the Lignano and Bibione supply line starting from the distribution from the Fauglis plant in the province of Udine, including the complete management of expropriation and authorisation procedures until their conclusion and full availability of the areas. Following the approval of the PFTE, the Contracting Authority will also request the drafting of the executive phase of the EXECUTIVE LOTS (the design of each executive lot must have the characteristic of immediate and independent appealability from the other lots) as described in the attached Technical Specification.
