Netherlands – Cleaning products – EA Schoonmaakmiddelen, -disposables en sanitaire disposables t.b.v. Radboudumc & Radboudumc Facilitair B.V.

This concerns a Restricted Procedure for 'Cleaning Agents and Disposables' for Radboud University Medical Centre in Nijmegen (hereinafter also referred to as 'Radboudumc') and Radboudumc Facilitair B.V. (hereinafter referred to as RF B.V.). Radboudumc and RF B.V. act jointly as the Contracting Authority for this procurement. The procurement concerns the supply of cleaning agents and disposables. From 1 September 2028, the supply of sanitary disposables will be added. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one Contractor for a period of three (3) years, with an option to extend by two (2) x one (1) year. Reason for the Contract The reason is the expiry of the framework agreement with the current supplier for Cleaning Agents and Disposables. This agreement ends on 30 April 2027. Due to the fact that the contract value is above the procurement threshold, this service must be put out to tender in the market by means of a European Procurement. Changing wishes are also the reason for tendering. Objective of the Contract The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a multi-year Agreement for the supply of Cleaning Agents and Disposables based on the requirements and wishes set out in the tender.
