Romania – Pharmaceutical products – Acord cadru medicamente 2026-2028

Award of a Framework Agreement for the purchase of medicines - 47 lots, in accordance with the information contained in the Terms of Reference. A Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of 24 months, with an economic operator, for one or more lots. Based on the framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be awarded quarterly or as needed and depending on the funds allocated. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/ additional information 13 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with OUG 107/2017.
