The contract to be awarded following the procedure initiated will concern the supply, implementation, hosting, maintenance and support of an automated matching solution between the supply of available housing and the demand for social housing, as well as a dematerialised solution for managing housing allocation committees. This solution must enable:

- Optimisation of the allocation process,

- Contribution to the reduction of vacancy,

- Improvement of decision support,

- Facilitation of population strategy management.

The solution must also provide a tool for managing dematerialised housing allocation committees.
