Detailed description of the various lots: Standardisation is a general interest activity that involves producing normative documents and specifications. The deliverables produced are used within a contractual framework (public contract notably) but also to evolve European regulation (recognized means of compliance). Pre-standardisation, for example at CIGRE, contributes through scientific studies in international working groups to enrich the knowledge useful for the development of standards. The present framework agreement concerns intellectual services supporting standardisation for RTE for the period 2026-2033. The contract is made up of the following two lots: • Lot 1: Expertise and study services: the contractors carry out missions of expertise, standardisation animation or study and monitoring for RTE; • Lot 2: Consultancy services: the contractors provide expert profiles acting on behalf of and in the name of RTE in standardisation bodies and facilitate contracting.
