The University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna (HCW) (hereinafter referred to as "HCW") is tendering for the introduction and operation of an integrated controlling, planning and reporting system as a Software-as-a-Service solution for HCW and its affiliated companies. The solution is to replace the existing controlling system and consolidate financial, personnel and project controlling, multi-year budgeting, forecasting and simulation, as well as management reporting on a uniform, traceable data basis. Essential features include the automated integration of existing pre-systems (in particular BMD, REXX, DOXIS, LEAP and HCW-Portal), the distribution and planning of personnel costs at the level of individual employees, a collaborative planning process with around 200 decentralised planners, and a self-service reporting landscape based on Power BI. The Power BI licensing will be provided by HCW. Implementation is scheduled for 2027, with go-live from 2028. The scope of services includes, in addition to implementation, operation, support, maintenance and further development of the solution over a contract period that is currently expected to be multi-year. The objective of the present tendering procedure is therefore the conclusion of a "Contract for a Controlling, Planning and Reporting System" (hereinafter referred to as "Performance Contract") between HCW on the one hand, and the bidder ranked highest in the present tendering procedure on the other.
