Poland – Endangered species protection services – Wykonanie zabiegów ochrony czynnej polegających na wykaszaniu roślinności zielnej oraz nalotów drzew i krzewów wraz z usunięciem biomasy w ramach realizacji projektu pn.: "Razem dla Natury – ochrona gatunków i siedlisk na terenach cennych przyrodniczo" na terenie Nadleśnictwa Pomorze w roku 2026.

The subject of the contract is a service involving works to carry out active protection measures as part of the implementation of the project entitled “Together for Nature – protection of species and habitats in valuable natural areas” in the Pomorze Forest District in 2026. These works will include the following elements:

1. Conservation of a natural habitat. Mowing, except for the central part of the bog, along with the removal of biomass to protect and conserve the natural habitat 7230 Alpine and lowland alkaline bogs with characteristics of fens, sedge and moss communities.

2. Clearing of green vegetation, cutting of tree and shrub suckers, and removal of biomass to protect and conserve the natural habitat 7230 Alpine and lowland alkaline bogs with characteristics of fens, sedge and moss communities.

3. Clearing of green vegetation, cutting of tree and shrub suckers, and removal of biomass to protect the habitats of protected plant species Loesel's twayblade and bog saxifrage.

4. Clearing of green vegetation, cutting of tree and shrub suckers, and removal of biomass to protect and conserve the natural habitat 7210 Raised bogs (Cladietum marisci, Caricetum buxbaumii, Schoenetum nigricantis).

The scope of the contract and the detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The scope of the subject of the contract set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ is estimated. The analogous quantities of works (activities) planned to be carried out in the given locations (forest addresses), where the subject of the contract is to be implemented, are preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the implementation of the contract. This is due to the fact that the scope of the subject of the contract includes summary quantities.
