Czechia – Construction work – Realizace protipovodňových opatření města Brna - Etapy IX,X,XI – výběr zhotovitele

The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a contract for work according to the Contract Conditions for the construction of civil and engineering networks of buildings designed by the employer according to FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming the contract for work. The subject of the Public Procurement Contract are construction works within the implementation of the Works, including in particular activities according to Section 4.2.4 of the Tender Documentation. The complete list of construction objects implemented within the Public Procurement Contract is given in Annex No. 7 TD. The Works are divided into the following Sections: a) Section 1 – Relocation structures; b) Section 2 – Structures included in the project – Eligible expenditure; c) Section 3 – Structures included in the project – Ineligible expenditure; d) Section 4 – Structures included outside the project, (details for individual Sections see Annex No. 7 TD /Technical Specifications/). The Contractor will carry out construction works during the implementation of the Works, specifically the construction of flood protection measures, including the implementation of related land and landscape improvements, and this under the conditions further specified in the Contract.
