By the present contract, the Federal Public Service Justice intends to subcontract a number of tasks related to the daily operational management of the processing of road fines (and, by extension, other fines). The present contract is divided into a firm lot and a conditional lot: the firm lot is subdivided into 10 positions related to the daily operational management tasks of the fines platform; the conditional lot concerns the franking and distribution of postal mail.
