The seller intends to sell five properties located in Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg and Carinthia. The properties will be sold individually. However, interested parties may also acquire several of the properties. First information about the properties can be found in the announcement teasers (Annex 1). This is not a procurement procedure under the BVergG (the tendering procedure is merely conducted via ANKÖ for transparency reasons).
