Denmark – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Byggemodning af Hulemarken i Ringsted

Ringsted Municipality's city council has decided that Hulemarken, located at Køgevej 70 in Ringsted, should be developed and prepared for sale to property developers. With the aim of developing Hulemarken, Ringsted Forsyning and Ringsted Municipality hereby tender: "Contract for total consultancy regarding the development of Hulemarken" Hulemarken should be developed so that the area can be sold in larger parcels. To achieve this, water and district heating supply, sewerage and rainwater drainage, and road infrastructure must be designed. The total consultant's services will primarily involve engineering consultancy divided into the design phase and the implementation phase. The tendered task includes, among other things, the preparation of a project proposal based on the existing local plan 311. The total consultant must also be responsible for the preparation of the authority project and the tender project, including the implementation of enterprise procurement and coordination. The total consultant must also be responsible for implementation design, design management, construction management, technical supervision, and work environment coordination P and B. Finally, the total consultant should assist with services related to the use phase, including quality assurance of documentation, delivery management, and a 1-year review.
