The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130c (1) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Lenograstim. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.01.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.12.2027, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents. With effect from 01 July 2026, the hkk joins the procedure on the side of the health insurance funds.
