Sweden – Personnel and payroll services – Friskvårdsportal

The procurement concerns a web- and app-based health portal for the administration and use of health benefits for employees of Nässjö & Sävsjö municipalities. The service shall manage the entire chain from the employee's purchase from connected actors to digital receipt handling for non-connected actors, with direct settlement and payment to the employee. The portal shall support BankID/SSO login, be available in Swedish for both iOS and Android, and offer a wide and inclusive range of health services – including at least 15 local actors at the start of the contract. The supplier is also responsible for the ongoing administration of employee data via automated file transfer, quality control of connected actors, anonymised statistics, support in Swedish, and a communication package at implementation. The service is planned to go live on 1 January 2027.
