The subject of the public procurement is the supply, implementation, integration, commissioning and support of software solutions based on artificial intelligence intended to support clinical decision-making at the Faculty Hospital in Brno. The fulfilment of the public procurement is conceived as the provision of software in the form of a cloud solution (SaaS). The supplier will provide software operated in a cloud infrastructure, where: - a full on-premise solution is not required to be installed, - data processing and storage will take place within the EU/EHP, unless otherwise explicitly approved in writing by the contracting authority, with all legal and security conditions being met, - integration into the contracting authority's systems (PACS, NIS) will be ensured through standard interfaces. Therefore, the fulfilment includes: - time-limited user rights (licence/subscription) for the duration of the contract, - ensuring operation, availability, updates and technical support as part of the service. The fulfilment includes in particular: • the delivery of medical devices in the form of software meeting the requirements of MDR (EU) 2017/745, • their integration into the contracting authority's information systems (PACS, NIS), • commissioning, • ensuring service, technical support and updates for the duration of the contract. The supplier will be insured for the entire duration of the contract for the case of liability for damage caused in connection with the fulfilment of the contract, and that with a minimum insurance coverage limit of 5,000,000 Kč per insurance event for each part of the public procurement.
