Bulgaria – Courier services – „Предоставяне на куриерски услуги за нуждите на органи на изпълнителната власт и техните администрации“

The Minister of Finance, acting as the Central Purchasing Body (CPB), hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority", through its administration – the "Centralised Public Procurement" Directorate, Ministry of Finance, with address 1040 "G. S. Rakovski" № 102, Sofia, announces an open procedure for the award of a public contract with the subject: "Provision of courier services for the needs of the executive authorities and their administrations" with two distinct lots: Lot 1 "Provision of domestic courier services"; Lot 2 "Provision of international courier services". 1. Scope of the contract: 1.1. Domestic courier services "door-to-door" (Lot 1): Urban courier services; Intercity courier services. Additional services "Return Receipt", "Declared Value", "Return of Documents" and "Fragile Parcel". 1.2. International courier services "door-to-door" (Lot 2), with the countries to which shipments are sent being divided into zones as follows: Zone 1 - Neighboring countries (Greece, Serbia, North Macedonia, Romania, Turkey); Zone 2 - Member States of the European Union (all member states except Greece and Romania); Zone 3 – European countries outside the EU (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, United Kingdom, San Marino, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland); Zone 4 – Other countries - all remaining countries. Note: The overseas territories of the countries from zones 2 and 3 are assigned to the nearest zone. 1.3. Types of courier services: Standard (economy); Express. The scope of the present contract may include deliveries, funded with resources under programmes or funds of the European Union, or from other international donors or financial institutions, at the discretion of the individual contracting authorities.
