The subject of the public contract is to provide accommodation, catering, transport and related services for participants in the educational events of the iDZ project Prague – pupils and students of Prague schools, including the reservation of accommodation and catering capacities for their professional accompaniment. All this for the period from the completion of the tender procedure until 06/2028. The contracting authority declares an interest in concluding framework agreements for the implementation of the subject with a total of up to 12 suppliers, whose offers will meet the requirements prescribed by this tender documentation and will be evaluated as the most advantageous in accordance with this tender documentation. The implementation of the subject of the public contract includes all costs incurred by the supplier for the provision of a comprehensive service. The specifications of the individual services, the specific requirements of the contracting authority on the technical or other parameters of the requested implementation of the individual parts of the public contract are more closely indicated in the relevant annexes no. 2 of this tender documentation. If references to certain suppliers or products, or to patents on inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or indications of origin are mentioned in the tender documentation, this is done in the interest of the accuracy and comprehensibility of the tender conditions. In the case of using these references, the contracting authority, in accordance with § 89 paragraph 6 ZZVZ, accepts equivalent solutions that meet the requirement of the contracting authority, especially with regard to the performance and function of such an alternative. The supplier may submit a bid for parts 2, 6, 8 and 9, or for all 4 parts of the public contract.
