France – Road transport services – Concession de service public pour l’exploitation du réseau de transport public

The procedure aims to award a concession for the operation of the public transport network of Coeur de Flandre Agglo. This transport network will consist of 4 urban shuttle services, interurban lines from the current HOP BUS network and regular commercial lines previously operated by the Hauts de France region. In addition, school lines previously operated by the Hauts de France region and an on-demand transport service will also be integrated. All services will be included in the contract perimeter from the start of operation.
