The subject of the public procurement is the construction of a sewerage network with all necessary facilities in the area of Planine (2nd phase). The construction is carried out in accordance with the contractual provisions of FIDIC (Red Book). The project includes:

3. Pressure sewer with pumping station (118 m)

4. Storm sewer (2496 m)

5. Water supply (1998 m)

6. Overlay of regional road trenches

7. Overlay of local roads

8. Sewer connections

9. Stormwater connections (road gullies)

10. Water supply connections

11. Electrical connection for pumping station 6

13. TP 20/0,4 kV Kačja vas

14. TP 20/0,4 kV Planina school

The type, characteristics, quality and description of the subject of the public procurement are defined in the tender specification - project documentation for the implementation of the construction (PZI) "Construction of a sewerage network with all necessary facilities in the area of Planine." (project no. 17/58, February 2025, Detajl infrastruktura d.o.o.), which is a part of this documentation related to the submission of the public procurement. The contracting authority expects the selected bidder to carry out the subject of the public procurement professionally, responsibly and up-to-date, including the daily presence of the construction manager, therefore, it has included individual contractual penalties for certain delays and for the absence of the construction manager in the draft contract.
