1. The subject of the contract is the execution of technical and construction projects for the investment task entitled: "Renovation of the workshop space on the 5th floor at the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera" along with the provision of the author's supervision service. 2. Detailed assumptions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW – referred to as the Detailed Description of Needs and Requirements (hereinafter SOPiW). 3. In the SOPiW, the issues that are the subject of the dialogue with the Contractors invited to the dialogue are indicated.
