Switzerland – Environmental engineering consultancy services – N05.80 MP-220010 - EM Bözingenfeld - Lengnau - Projektverfasser Umwelt (inkl. UBB und Lärm) (ID 12060) Phase MK / AP – IBN / Abschluss

The project perimeter is located on the national road section N05.80, Bözingenfeld – Lengnau and includes the section from the Bözingenfeld junction to the Leugene bridge (BS 20), from km 73.965 to km 81.195. This corresponds to a length of km 7.23. The section of the N16 between VZW Bözingenfeld and the Pont sur T5 bridge (D01) belongs to the maintenance section N05.80. This section was mostly built between 1998 and 2000 and was put into operation in 2001. The Bözingenfeld N16 underpass (BS 03) was constructed in 2020. This is the National Road N05, Class 1, which is owned by ASTRA. Within the project perimeter, there are 8 overpasses, 4 underpasses, 4 culverts, 1 trough, 6 retaining walls, 1 tunnel, 5 noise barriers, 5 noise walls, 2 oil retention basins, 2 pump shafts and 20 signal portals. The renovation includes the following works: surface course replacement along the entire route, the reconstruction of the 4 rain retention basins, various concrete repairs on structures and in the Pieterlen tunnel, local reinforcements at signal supports, various hydrophobizations on structures, replacement of surface protection system in the Pieterlen tunnel, markings, signalling and lighting along the entire route. Furthermore, the accident hotspots Biel Ost / VZW Bözingenfeld and Lengnau will be reviewed from a traffic engineering perspective, and it is expected that structural measures will be required. The current procurement includes the mandate for the project author environmental (incl. UBB and noise) for the phases MK / AP with PGV (procedural support, handling of objections) up to realisation / IBN using the planning method BIM.
