This consultation constitutes a framework agreement for subsequent contracts for the execution of interior masonry and tiling works for the needs of the Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur and the Aéroport du Golfe de Saint-Tropez. The services include, in particular, the execution of partitions (concrete blocks, plasterboard, bricks, placostil, concrete...), light demolition work, lining, fixing (metal, wood), various masonry works, the laying of tiles and marble, screed, paving and flooring work, as well as rendering and hydraulic or synthetic plastering work. Information on the framework agreement: In accordance with Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators. Maximum number of participants envisaged for the framework agreement: 4 (subject to a sufficient number of applications and admissible offers). In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is awarded without a minimum and is subject to a maximum amount for its entire duration, including all renewals of: • 6 300 K euros HT for Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur. • 630 K euros HT for the Aéroport du Golfe de Saint-Tropez. 5ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES The selected candidates will be informed of the availability of the consultation dossiers following the selection phase of the applications. According to the documents requested above and in accordance with the aforementioned provisions of the Public Procurement Code, only candidates with sufficient financial, technical and professional capacities to carry out the services which are the subject of the contract will be admitted to submit an offer.
