Poland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Budowa Placówki SG w m. Olsztyn

The subject of the contract in this procedure are design works and construction works for the task entitled "Construction of the SG Station in Olsztyn". The investment task will be carried out in the "design and build" formula, as referred to in Article 103(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement. The investment will be carried out on plots no. 1/54, 1/55 parcel no. 127 and plot no. 34/3 parcel no. 126 located at ul. Ignacego Krasickiego in Olsztyn. The land property is under the permanent management of the Warmian - Masurian Branch of the Border Guard in Kętrzyn. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex no. 1 to the SWZ, in which: 1) Annex no. 1 to the OPZ – Functional and Utilisation Programme 2) Annex no. 2 to the OPZ – Confirmation of the site visit.
