The objective of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a suitable Contractor who can provide cleaning services, window cleaning and floor maintenance. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European procurement for cleaning services, window cleaning and floor maintenance, according to an open procedure, where the ‘registration with the best price-quality ratio’ is the starting point. The estimate for this contract (regular cleaning including floor maintenance) amounts to approximately € 51,000.00 per month including VAT. The estimate for window cleaning is approximately € 30,000.00 per year including VAT. These amounts are based on the expenditure in 2025.
