The subject of the Tender Procedure is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers to ensure the transport services of the Plzeň Region by public rail transport in accordance with § 2 of the Act on Public Transport Services (ZoVS) in the period 2030-2045, on the routes P21 Heřmanova Huť - Plzeň - Rokycany - Příkosice - Nezvěstice; P3 Plzeň - Stod - Domažlice město; P22 Radnice - Plzeň - Bezdružice; P25 Plzeň - Klatovy - Železná Ruda, with a gradual increase in services on individual routes in line with the termination of currently valid contracts, including the possibility of excluding selected services from these contracts during their validity. The subject of the Tender Procedure will be fulfilled on the basis of a Contract concluded with the carrier who submits the economically most advantageous tender. The Contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, where the opportunities and risks associated with the temporal development of the revenue will be fully borne by the Contracting Authority. The duration of the Contract is 15 years (15 validity periods of the timetable). Further information is in the Tender Documentation and in the attachments to the TD.
