Description

In the context of the construction, commissioning, operation, refurbishment and decommissioning of technical systems and facilities at the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), the contracting authority (AG) requires architectural and engineering services for the preparation and implementation of the construction and technical measures. As part of the BER 2040 Master Plan, the AG has defined overarching premises and guidelines for the infrastructural development of the BER until 2040 and has drawn up detailed sub-master plans, from which concrete projects and measures for the media infrastructure, the new construction of buildings, the refurbishment and operation of buildings, and thus also for the related technical systems and facilities in the buildings and in external facilities can be derived. For the respective construction projects, projects and measures, the AG defines project objectives and derives subject-specific tasks, from which the necessary planning and engineering services in the cost groups of DIN 276 2018-12: 450 Communication, safety and information technology systems in buildings and 557 Communication, safety and information technology systems in external facilities or the technical building equipment plant group 5 Telecommunications and information technology systems of the Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) in terms of content and scope can be derived. The contractor (AN) will be commissioned to provide these architectural and engineering services. The AN must provide all necessary services of the commissioned planning phases according to HOAI in the valid version and the commissioned scope of services in the individual phases to fulfil and implement the project objectives or tasks defined by the AG for the respective construction projects. In addition to the basic and special services according to HOAI, additional or supplementary services must be provided as part of the project implementation, which result from the specific project organisation, from the complexity of systems or from the complexity of the project participants. It is planned to bind up to 3 framework partners. These will be commissioned to provide planning and engineering services in the aforementioned projects and measures in the form of call-offs as required. The demand depends on the size and complexity of the respective projects and on the resource situation at the AG. The demands are mainly to be commissioned as a result of mini-tenders or standard call-offs.
