The subject of the Public Procurement is the Supply, with all requirements for the products constituting the Supply being set out in Annex 3 of the Invitation. The subject of the Public Procurement also includes the provision of storage space for the purpose of storing the Supply, storing and protecting the Supply, and subsequent removal of the Supply to the manufacturers of Horkovod, as well as related coordination and communication with the manufacturers of Horkovod. Furthermore, the subject of the Public Procurement includes the joining of pre-insulated piping, specifically protective plastic sheaths of pre-insulated piping at the junction of pre-insulated piping with each other and with pre-insulated fittings, and this under the conditions set out in the Contract and specified by the technical standards set out in Annex 3 of the Invitation.
