France – Railway engineering services – Ligne 8 – PML Créteil Pointe du Lac - Etude, développement, fourniture, installation, essais et mise en service d’une Commande Informatisée des Postes de Manœuvre (CIPoM)

This contract concerns the provision of study, development, supply, installation, integration and operational testing services, and warranty for the Computerised Post of Manoeuvre (CIPoM) system and its interfaces, qualification, commissioning, operational monitoring and guarantee of the CIPoM system for line 8 and associated maintenance tools. The contract also includes the supply of furniture for the PML of Créteil Pointe du Lac. The CIPoM system must manage all its internal and external interfaces (SIG API, RTHD network, STD, NTP server, PEGASE maintenance tool, etc.). This contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount. The general services to be provided under this contract are detailed in the Specification of Requirements and Services (SEP) and include: - Management; - Carrying out studies and developments; - Material and software supply; - Carrying out works; - Carrying out all system and interface validation tests; - Necessary support, notably during on-site signalling integration tests. - All furniture-related services. The services included in the minimum amount are: - Services corresponding to the following phases: o Phase No. 1: Commissioning POLA CRPR, with AMT Créteil Valenton pre-disposition o Phase No. 2: Furniture for the PML of POLA o Phase No. 3: Commissioning AMT Créteil Valenton o Phase No. 4: STD o Phase No. 5: Commissioning of MALJ. The services included in the maximum amount are, in particular: - Services included in the minimum amount; - Supply and upgrading of the spare parts stock; - Training of the operator - Additional services, within a 20% variation of the minimum amount, based on the additional services tab of the Pricing Schedule, namely: o One-day on-site presence, covering operating hours; o 24-hour on-site presence; o Standby for a 24-hour period; o Standby for a day covering operating hours; o RATP platform tests for STD network interface (documents, installation/removal, tests) o RATP platform tests for PEGASE interface (documents, installation/removal, tests) o Preparation of a D601-N/D610-N document o Services on quotation.
