This consultation is organised to select, as part of the tender phase, a project for the subsequent award of the contract for the design of a new Territorial Solidarity Unit (UTS) in Toucy (89). The "offers" phase will take place in a second step, in accordance with the forecast schedule referred to in Article 1.6 of the consultation regulations. This second phase corresponds to the second stage of the present consultation, within the meaning of Article 5.1.9 of this notice. The mission entrusted to the design team is a mission under Book IV of the Public Procurement Code relating to public contracts linked to project ownership and project management. The tendering procedure used is the negotiated procedure in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-3°, R2161-12 to R2161-20 and R2172-2-6° of the Public Procurement Code. The duration of the contract which is the subject of this consultation, as well as the deadlines for each phase (design and implementation), including the specific deadlines for each element of the mission, will be specified at the offer stage. However, it is brought to the attention of tenderers that the estimated duration of the works is set at 12 months, including the site preparation period. In accordance with the provisions of Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the present consultation is not divided into lots as it does not allow the identification of separate services.
