Hvidovre Municipality is to carry out a series of renovations at Engstrandskolen to improve acoustics and noise levels in three separate wings. Hvidovre Municipality has assessed that the project's complexity requires that the task not be solved in several independent contracts. It is Hvidovre Municipality's intention to enter into an agreement for project management consultancy for the following main services.

Phase 1: Needs and clarification process, which includes analysis of existing buildings and technical conditions, identification of significant acoustic, indoor climate and building-related issues, and clarification of functional needs. The consultant must also identify, qualify and prioritise possible options. The options may relate to improvements that have a natural connection with the project's purpose, including improvements to natural light/daylight, acoustics, sound insulation, aesthetics, spatial qualities and learning and working environment. The aim is to obtain deliveries that can create a sufficiently illuminated and qualified basis for further decisions on the project's content, ambition and financial framework. Deliveries in phase 1 are at the disposal and clarification level with some visualisations.

Phase 2: Design and tendering of main contractor, which involves further work with the chosen scenario from phase 1. The consultant must in this phase be responsible for the material for the tender to a main contractor.

Phase 3: Execution and delivery, which includes consultancy during the execution of the main contractor, including construction meetings, specialist inspections, delivery and 1st year review.
