The present procurement concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for concluding contracts for in-house consultancy services in the environmental field at the Danish Road Directorate. The dynamic purchasing system is used to conclude contracts where the Consultant shall provide staff to the Contracting Authority for the performance of tasks at one of the Contracting Authority's service locations. When the Contracting Authority has a need for in-house consultants, it sends an invitation to tender by email to the companies included in the dynamic purchasing system (referred to as participants). The Contracting Authority is not obliged to use the dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of services within the areas covered by the dynamic purchasing system. A more detailed description of the individual procurements will be included in the individual invitations to tender. Further reference is made to the dynamic purchasing system's guidelines for a better understanding of the intended procurements. After inclusion, the company can participate in tendering for all invitations to tender, provided that the minimum requirements applicable to the specific invitation to tender are met. The dynamic purchasing system is accessible via the Contracting Authority's website, www.vejdirektoratet.dk > Tools > Tender Portal. It is free for participants to be included in the dynamic purchasing system, and it is up to each participant whether they wish to remain a participant in the dynamic purchasing system for the entire lifetime of the system, or whether the participant wishes to withdraw from the system at some point.
