We are looking for a planning office with experience in creating Functional Performance Specifications (FLB) for public contracting authorities and in quality assurance during the construction phase. The intention is to commission the creation of an FPU with FLB for the areas of building construction, civil engineering, HLS+E, GA, dental planning and open spaces and for quality assurance during the further planning and execution by a general contractor. Basics such as space requirements, functional layouts and room books will be provided. The room books are to be further specified for the creation of the FLB. The subject of the service is the new construction of a Sanitätsversorgungszentrum Type 2500, as well as the creation of a binding planning guideline (vPv) for Sanitätsversorgungszentren of the types SanVersZ 2500, SanVersZ 1500 and SanVersZ 1000. The basis for this are the room books to be created and a location-neutral FLB. The new construction SanVersZ Type 2500 has a net usable floor area of approximately 1,055 m² and a gross floor area of approximately 2,300 m² with a space requirement of 110.5 m² in the outdoor area. The building is to be organised over 2 storeys.
