The municipality is following an open European procedure with award on Best Price-Quality Ratio (BPQ) to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) advisory firms for the development of the Environmental Plan for the municipality of Roosendaal. The municipality of Roosendaal is looking for several expert advisory firms that can collaborate and assist in drafting and developing the environmental plan as intended in the Environmental Management Act. The contracting authority explicitly chooses a multidisciplinary approach in which each firm brings specific expertise, but also collaborates constructively on one integral and legally sound environmental plan. The firms provide, on call, advisory and support teams (hourly rate basis), and work under the municipality's supervision, collaborate and exchange information to guarantee consistency, quality and continuity.
