Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026-22 - Ustekinumab

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Ustekinumab. The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted; uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractors. The contract period is a maximum of 12 months, starting on 01.08.2026. The contract will end by 31.07.2027 at the latest, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. The contract may be extended by 12 months.
