Description

The subject of this contract is the acquisition of high-resolution, seamlessly contiguous, and georeferenced 360° panoramic images, as well as a 3D point cloud through LiDAR, which are to be created by driving the streets and roads of Munich for the entire driving area. In addition, an optionally retrievable part of the service to be provided is the recording of the type and location of: - traffic signs - road markings - parking spaces - tree locations - street furniture - tactile guidance systems - suspension lamps - static noise barriers - pedestrian crossings - unprotected pedestrian crossings as well as the - condition assessment and evaluation of the road network. The hosting of the data is carried out by the contractor. They provide a web application for using the data in the browser and an interface or a plug-in for use in VertiGIS Studio Web, in GeoPortal Munich (based on Masterportal), in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, as well as in Smallworld GIS, Q-GIS and SAMO LIDS Explorer / SAMO LIDS Browser. Also part of the contract is the hosting and visualization of part of the already existing street driving data. These are available as images with depth information and vector data such as traffic signs, road markings, parking spaces and tree locations. These data are available in interface 2 or 3 of the driving service provider iNovitas AG with the contracting authority. These drives each covered a road and path network of approximately 3,500 km (2019/20) or approximately 3,900 km (2023/24), which corresponds to a storage volume of approximately 30 TB for both drives.
