Estonia – Time accounting or human resources software development services – Personali- ja palgaarvestuse tarkvara hange

The objective is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier who will implement AS Hoolekandeteenused's personnel and payroll accounting and self-service solution (plus possible additional developments). The contract also includes the management of training and occupational health data, support and maintenance services, and the supplier's specific licenses.
